Restaurant
Perfectly residing by the pool and its sandy beach, The Breezes Bar and
Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner serving an eclectic
mix of your favourite western dishes and an array of the most popular
Bali/Indonesian styled cuisine.
The special kids’ menu once again shows that the Resort is as much for
kids as it is for our adult guests.
Very popular is the Barbeque Pork Spare Ribs consisting of grilled
marinated pork spare ribs served with fresh steamed vegetables, golden
skin potato wedges and Boston Barbecue Sauce. And not to be missed is
the Chicken and King Prawn Curry, slowly simmered with local spices
and served with saffron rice, sambal and a papadum. The Breezes Beef
Burger is made of prime rump steak with crispy bacon, cheese, fried
egg, and Romaine lettuce served with coleslaw and French fries.
It’s hard to find homemade pizzas as delicious as those that emerge
from Breezes traditional wood fired oven and while there are plenty of
the old favourites like Marinara, expect the unexpected and try the
Seminyak Sunset consisting of Parma ham, garlic, tomato and sweet red
onion, finished with fresh rocket, shavings of Parmesan and Caesar
dressing or The Tanah Lot with grilled chicken breast, spicy Italian
sausage, peppers, mushrooms, tomato, Tabasco and Balinese chilli
sambal.
Regulars that everyone loves like brownies, apple pie, cheese cake and
fresh fruit platter are the choices for dessert.
d’Base
Accessible from both the main road outside the resort and from the
resort itself, d’Base has become a popular venue for guests and others
alike.
Serving up live music and a mix of vibrant and trendy beats d’Base
comes to life for popular international sporting events televised on a
huge screen and other strategically placed viewing monitors.
Watch cricket, tennis, Aussie rules, both codes of Rugby and the English

Tastefully furnished with traditional Balinese antique furnishing, the

Swim up to the bar and order your favourite beverage. Open daily from
8 am until late, for snacks, lunch, coffee, ice cream and other
refreshments. A large flat screen TV ensures you can enjoy all the major
sporting events.

In-room dining is as close as picking up the room phone and available
24 hours with all selections from the Breezes restaurant as well as a
choice of your favorite beverages.
